My father, Dave, is a mechanical engineer.  He works for Alcoa.  He was born and raised in the San Francisco area of California.  He graduated from University of California at Berkeley.  He loves playing golf, basketball, soccer, and baseball.  He is still the best golfer I have ever played with.  My dad is amazing at multitasking (especially when it comes to watching sports while doing work).  His favorite teams are the Cal Golden Bears and the San Francisco 49ers.

My mother, Sandi, works here at the high school.  She serves as an office assistant and a locker room monitor.  She was also born in the San Francisco area.  She went to school at the University of Southern Illinois to study physical therapy.  After I was born, she quit her job to take care of me.  Now, she enjoys volunteering her time at our church as well as at my sister's school.  Due to the active lifestyles of her two children, she has grown used to serving as a cook and chauffeur.
